So, this has been brought up to me… numerous times. I don’t make… or, maybe a better word is that I don’t keep lady friends well.

I don’t! I can’t seem to really get a long with them. I don’t know if it’s because something is wrong with me, or if I feel something is wrong with them.

I know that my friends, my best friends, from High School are now… I don’t or can’t hang with them and some of them (you know which) I just fucking hate.

My female friends from college were great. But I didn’t really hang out with ladies. Hell, the only times I went to houses of other girls was for play stuff or cast parties.

It sucks, because I have a bunch of guy friends (in fact that seems to be all I have). If any of them has, for instance, a want to find a lady friend, I’m the one who they turn to because I’m ‘one of the guys with boobs and a vagina’… and I inevitably can do nothing but say ‘Nope, sorry, I’m as shitty as you are at talking to girls’. (btw, got at least three of these, ladies, if you’re looking -.-)

I often say, in those situations, that if I were to have a wedding tomorrow, I’d have no one for a bridesmaid, let alone a maid of honor. This sucks. And I realize that. But I don’t know how the hell I can fix it. I like hanging out with guys, I understand their jokes, I’m able to speak freely to them, I know things that they like. I always feel, when I’m talking to women, that I make them embarrassed, uncomfortable… that I”m just not someone to hang out with.

I don’t know why I felt the need to type this out… maybe because I might be able to get help of the views of others, or maybe some of you who know me can tell me what I’ve done or what I do… Because it’s one thing to know there is a problem, another to know how to fix it….

Ohhhhh dear goodness, when did it get so late?!

FCN is coming up next weekend, and I plan on being there and selling my wares (this includes both art, through illustrations, sketches, and badges, and jewelry like necklaces and earrings). But, I was hoping to maybe do some presales before GETTING there.  Due to… too many reasons to count, I haven’t been able to devote the time and effort I was hoping to.

I also have other badges and other prices. Some things are themed badges (15 preorder), Plushie badges (20 preorder), and Full detail (25 preorder). So please feel free to ask about anything, I’m really, really looking to earn my way in here and prove FCN to be my best sales-con :3
